On the evening of Thursday 30th April, Rutherford Wilkinson Ltd, in conjunction with Trinity Chambers Matrimonial Finance Barristers, will be following up on last year’s “Bolt from the Blue” seminar covering the ramifications of the new pensions flexibility originally announced in the 2014 Spring Budget, which become available from 6th April 2015.
Now that the changes are coming into practice, the update seminar for solicitors will explain the final rules, some views on the financial planning aspects of the changes and also how the extra flexibility might impact upon and indeed be useful in divorce settlements. The speakers will include specialist Matrimonial Finance barristers Christopher Knox, Timothy Spain and Nicola Shaw from Trinity Chambers and from Rutherford Wilkinson Trevor Clark and Mike Gordon.
